Accommodations
We highly recommend staying in Cascais for our wedding weekend. The venue is in the beach town of Estoril, which is very close to Cascais (about a 30 min walk or 10 min Uber in between the two). Cascais is a larger beach town with more shops, restaurants and attractions. Although Cascais are not as big as Lisbon, there’s still a ton to do in both neighborhoods!
Cascais is about 30 min/30 euro from both Lisbon Airport and Lisbon’s city center. Train is also available and is quite a bit cheaper, but it takes about an hour and can be crowded. Once there, it’s very easy to grab Ubers or walk in the area!

GRANDE REAL VILLA ITÁLIA

The Vila Galé Estoril is a 4-star hotel located right by Tamariz Beach, in Estoril. The hotel offers comfortable rooms, many with sea views, as well as an outdoor swimming pool overlooking Cascais Bay, restaurants, a bar, and a wellness area with a gym and spa facilities.
